Shipping Options
We currently only ship to the United States and Canada. Our shipping options within the United States include United States Postal Services Express or Priority mail and United Parcel Service Ground or Second Day Air.
Orders should ship within 3 - 5 business days.
Canadian Shipping Rates
Canadian shipping options include United States Postal Service Global Priority Mail.
IMPORTANT NOTE: you will be responsible for any customs, import taxes or duty charges. These charges can be significant - please contact your local post office or customs office for details.
Return Policy
Products are warranted for manufacturing defects for 2 years. We will accept returns for any unused products in saleable condition. A Return Authorization (RA) is required for all returns. Contact customer service 888.557.6464 ext 702 for a RA prior to merchandise return.
Sales Tax
There is no sales tax in the state of Oregon, where we are based. However, most states that do have sales tax require that their residents personally remit the appropriate tax for their out-of-state purchases. If you live in such a state, you are responsible for remitting your own tax to the appropriate taxing authorities.
